Hi, I’m Chase Lopez, the owner of Summit Cleanout Co. LLC. As a locally owned Colorado small business, I’m proud to be personally involved in every part of what we do. From answering your first call and providing your quote to showing up, hauling items away, and making sure every cleanup is completed with care, I’m there every step of the way.

I started Summit Cleanout Co. LLC with a simple goal: to provide honest, affordable, and dependable junk removal and cleanout services while helping people take back their homes, businesses, and spaces. I understand that every job is different, whether it’s removing a single item, clearing out years of clutter, preparing a property for sale, or helping a business get back on track.

As a small business owner, I take pride in providing reliable service and making the process as easy as possible for every customer. I believe in clear communication, fair pricing, and treating every job with the same level of attention and respect. Whether it’s a small pickup or a full property cleanout, my goal is to make sure the work is done efficiently and professionally from start to finish.

Thank you for supporting a local Colorado business. I look forward to helping you clear the clutter and reclaim your space.
